Mariah Milano’s Ribeye Tacos!
“One of my favorite foods is tacos. I have had so many variations and growing up in LA I have had some good ones! Tacos are also one of the first things I learned to cook and as good as they are they are just as unhealthy, so I tweak it a bit to try and make them not so bad. I use whole wheat low carb tortillas which are actually really good! I also use Greek yogurt in place of sour cream As well I use steak in place of ground beef and trim as much of the fat off as I can. They are really good and using the larger tortilla it’s nearly a burrito and therefore you only need to eat one instead of 2 or 3! 🙂 Try these and tell me they aren’t delicious!” – xoxo Mariah
