The Essential Baked Chicken!
Julia Childs once said “You can always judge the quality of a cook or a restaurant by roast chicken” so I thought I’d step up to the plate and see just how good of a cook I am! I have only made roast chicken a few times and it always turned out fairly well. So this time I tried a new recipe with the garlic butter spread on the skin with sea salt and pepper and I gotta say, I’m a pretty fuckin good cook! 🙂
What You’ll Need:
1 whole free range organic chicken
1/2 cup sweet cream unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves
be sure to use a baking pan so that the juices drip into a pan rather than the chicken sitting in it! Enjoy!
