Homemade Taco Salad!

I love tacos and can say that they are probably my favorite food. They are not exactly healthy but if you cut out the tortilla shell and make it into a salad you can make it a very low carb diet-friendly meal!
What You’ll Need:
2 Pounds Ground beef or ground turkey
1 Onion Diced
1 Jalapeno Diced
1 cup Salsa
Sour Cream
2 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
Sea Salt
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Cayenne Pepper

Add more peppers if you want it really spicy!
