Homemade Moo Goo Gai Pan
I love Asian food and since I’ve been on a health kick I’ve been eating mostly chicken and one of my favorite ways to make it is steaming. So I steamed the chicken and then tossed some sprouts, broccoli, mushrooms and snap peas in a little grapeseed oil in my wok and put it all over a nice plate of sticky white rice!
Awesome Chinese food made at home. By a non-asian person!
