Middle Eastern-Inspired Roasted Corn!

When I was in London I found myself walking in the Middle Eastern part of the city. Women wearing berkas were everywhere…and they had these stands with corn and all different types of toppings and it was AWESOME! So I decided to make it at home and it has been a favorite ever since!

Fresh Ears of Corn
Asian 5 Spice
Lemon Pepper
Curry Powder
Sea Salt
