Lemon Basil Scallops
I have a friend who goes scalloping all the time and brings me bags of these big delicious scallops! When he handed them over this time I decided I’d try something I had in Key West but they used shrimp. Let me tell you that this was awesome!
What You’ll Need:
diced bell pepper (I used 3 different colors)
diced red onion
large ziplock freezer bag
serve on rice or a salad!
