Sauteed Soft Shell Crab!

One of my favorite things is softshell crab! I know, I always say “one of my favorite things…” but it really is! I have it every time I see it on a menu at least as an appetizer. Every time I go to my favorite sushi place I get the softshell as a starter. I do like it in tempura batter fried but my favorite is sauteed in some olive oil and garlic and dipped in Ponzu which is nothing more than lime juice and Soy sauce.
This is super easy and sooooo good!
