Mariah’s Lump Crab Crostini

Crab meat is nectar of the gods. I am lucky enough to live right on the gulf of Mexico and have a dock in my back yard. I have crab traps and get an unlimited amount of blue crabs. I caught 7 of them and used the meat to make this awesome little snack!

what you need:
lump crab meat
crusted bread
olive oil

add olive oil to slices of bread and grill until toasted.
toss crab meat into skillet to warm and squeeze lemon on it and stir.
crab spoon generous amounts of crab onto toasted bread and squeeze lemon. top with chopped chives. crab2 crab3 enjoy with a crisp white wine!
