Rustic Bruschetta with Leftover Meatballs!

Once again I make good use of leftovers. I take leftover meatballs and make a delicious bruschetta. I learned this concept in Florence Italy at a little trattoria that changed the way I think of bruschetta.

What You’ll Need:
french bread
olive oil
leftover meatballs

add each ingredient in layers. It ain’t brain surgery 🙂
