After a good workout the last thing you wanna do is eat something fattening or greasy. So this is my favorite post-workout meal. And it’s nice to have an easy single person portion recipe also.

What you’ll need:
1 chicken breast cut into 3 strips
1/4 bell pepper cut into strips
Sugar Snap peas
1 teaspoon soy sauce
black pepper Fresh and healthy and simple. Try it out and then you’ll owe me one! 😉
