Puff Pastry with Camembert Cheese, Toasted Walnuts and Balsamic Strawberries!
“in this video I make some delicious pastries using puff pastry that I bought in the frozen food section at my grocery store and filling them with Camembert cheese, toasted walnuts and balsamic strawberries! A small wheel of Camembert Cheese
1 Package of Puff Pastry (frozen in supermarket)
Place puff pastry on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and pop into oven as directed on the box (375 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes)
Chop walnuts and toast in a skillet on medium heat until they begin to brown
Chop strawberries into pieces and place in a bowl. Spoon balsamic vinegar over them and stir until coated evenly.
cut 2 small pieces of the Camembert cheese and use your fingers to mold them into small circles.
When the puff pastry is done remove from the oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes to cool. Remove little lid carefully and set aside. Place your cheese in the bottom of the puff pastry cup, add walnuts and then your balsamic strawberries. Place lid back on top and serve!
